We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Manila branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch management, including sales, customer service, operations, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and business objectives
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community
- Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage branch budget and control operational expenses
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software systems
