As the face of SECBank, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with their banking needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service
  • Process banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
  • Open new accounts and assist customers with account-related inquiries
  • Explain bank products and services to customers and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Verify customer identity and ensure compliance with KYC procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions
  • Assist with cash handling and balancing at end of day
  • Stay updated on bank products, policies, and procedures
  • Support other team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn banking systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexible to work in assigned branch location
